VSOP Double Cask

We have selected an exclusive blend of eaux-de-vie from the main growth area of the AOC cognac for this VSOP, enhanced with further ageing in matured casks having contained very old cognacs. This ends up with an unprecedent flavor profile: spices, crystalized fruits, oxidized tannins and a hint of warming smoke.
