3. Intellectual Property

The presentation and content of the soerliecognac.com website are works protected by French and international legislation relating to intellectual property. The protectable background elements such as texts, photographs, data, graphics, videos, images, etc., as well as the elements of form (choice, plan, arrangement of materials, organization of data, etc.) are the property of SOERLIE COGNAC under copyright and under the right of the producer of the database.
Under this ownership, SOERLIE COGNAC can exploit these various elements alone or with the agreement of the rights holders worldwide.
Consequently, any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, may not be made without the prior consent of SOERLIE COGNAC pursuant to Articles L. 122-4 and L. 342-1 of the Intellectual Property Code.
